At The Dog Camp, we’re committed to providing top-quality care, training, and enrichment for your dog. We understand that life happens, and we do our best to work with you. Below is our refund and credit policy by service type:
🏕️ Boarding & Daycare

48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit.

24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or full credit.

Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund. Credit may be issued at our discretion in the case of emergencies.
🎓 Training Classes & Orientation

7+ days before start: Full refund or credit.

2–6 days before start: 50% refund or full credit.

Within 24 hours or no-show: No refund. A one-time transfer to a future class may be granted if requested within 3 days.
🐕🦺 Private Lessons

48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no cost.

Under 48 hours: No refund. One-time reschedule may be offered with manager approval.

No-shows: No refund or credit.
🐾 Memberships & Packages

Monthly Plans: Non-refundable after 48 hours from purchase. Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise noted in your plan.

Annual Packages: Pro-rated refunds available within 14 days of purchase, minus any used services calculated at full price.
💦 Equipment Rentals (Agility, Pool, Lure Coursing, etc.)

24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule.

Less than 24 hours: No refund. Reschedules may be approved once per month per client.

Weather-related closures: Full credit or reschedule provided automatically.
💊 Special Services (Medication, Grooming Add-ons, etc.)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credits can be applied toward any future Dog Camp service and remain valid for 12 months.
